Join us for a high-energy morning as we roll out the red carpet for Louisiana Tech students at the Welcome to Ruston Bulldog Bash! This is your chance to showcase your business, connect with new and returning students, and give them a warm Ruston welcome they won’t forget.

We’re inviting local businesses to sign up for a booth — bring freebies, fun giveaways, and your best Bulldog spirit! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your brand in front of hundreds of students and make a lasting first impression.

🍴 Lunch for participating businesses will be sponsored by Aramark — so come hungry and ready to network!

✅ Booth Details:

• Tables and chairs will be provided (limited access to electricity available)

• One reserved parking spot per business that RSVPs

• Rain? No problem! We’re covered with a reserved indoor space
