NCLAC Indie Film Series: Louisiana Film Prize Shorts

Film Description:

Winner of the 2021 Louisiana Film Prize contest is “Shreveport Son,” a story about two men who were friends forming a bond that began when they were children and continued through their high school years to reunite as adults.

Mark Bonner’s film was among the following finalists: “Bamboo,” directed by Jency Hogan; “MOMento,” directed by Melissa Moore; “Nana Ki Dum,” directed by Jaya and Jacob McSharma; and “Pictures of the Sky,” directed by Reece Roark.
