Human Resources Boot Camp

The Human Resources (HR) Boot Camp is a small-group training program covering foundational areas of human resources. HR Boot Camp is presented by Dickerson Management and Career Consulting (www.marciadickersonconsulting.com). The course covers fundamentals of managing people, including: - Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees - Using compensation to motivate and retain - Policies and procedures for your employee handbook - Employee relations issues - Legal requirements and regulations This course is open to anyone. It is also eligible for 4 hours of CPA CPE credit in Louisiana.
