Human Resources (HR) Boot Camp is a small-group training program that is helpful to businesses and nonprofits of every size. Even very small organizations can benefit from learning these foundational areas of HR: - Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees - Using compensation to motivate and retain - Employee handbook basics - Employee engagement - Legal requirements and regulations - HR metrics New content: remote/hybrid work policies, coaching, frequent feedback performance appraisal, and pay transparency This course is eligible for continuing education credits and recertification credits for Louisiana CPAs, CFPs, and CIAs (4 hours). ?
