Instructor: Bette Kauffman of Edge & Essence Photography
Bette Kauffman is an artist, a professor emerita of communication and a lifelong photographer. She has taught photography, videography and visual communication at the college level for 40 years. She has won many photography awards, most recently "Best Photograph" in a national multi-media juried show at a gallery in Dallas, TX.
By attending this camp, participants will learn how to:
- Properly expose a photo
- Compose a photo
- Create proper balance
- Prevent fuzzy photos
- Examine the photo
- Participants will have classroom & practical application
- All participants will have their best photo matted and displayed at Ruston Artisans
- A minimum of 10 students is necessary for the class with a maximum of 18 students
- Participants must bring their own camera (may use a phone)
- Parents must sign an approval form
