Ribbon Cutting - Rev. Dr. C.P. Payne Bridge

Join us for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new bridge located on Lee Avenue.  The bridge will be named the Rev. Dr. C.P. Payne Bridge in honor of the long-time pastor of Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
