Northeast Delta Listening Session- Ruston

This listening session will allow citizens and community leaders to engage and discuss issues of mental health, addiction, prevention and developmental disabilities. The session will present actionable steps to address problems, while providing information concerning assistance to those who need it. About Us Northeast Delta HSA serves the 12 parishes of northeastern Louisiana by providing mental health, developmental disability, prevention and addictive disorder services with an integrated health care model.
