"Just As I Am" Young Ladies' Summit

"Just As I Am" Young Ladies' Summit is a one-day workshop designed to educate, encourage and empower girls ages 11-17 throughout Northeast Louisiana. Youth in our community are at high risk for many negative outcomes, but have the potential to overcome these challenges when educated to make positive choices. The summit will take an intensive look at the issues facing young ladies in today's society and provide real-world skills for positive resolution. "Just As I Am" Ladies' Summit will provide in-depth experiences, hands-on activities and exclusive interactive sessions with leading professionals from our own community. Program materials, meals and snacks will be also be provided. As with all BBBS of NELA events, participation is FREE!
