Health and Wellness Event: Holiday Essentials Oils

Event Description: Learn the basics of using oils and lots of ways you can incorporate them into the holiday season. You will be making three holiday gift DIY goodies with oils and all natural ingredients.

Instructor: Stephanie Collins Dugard is a Young Living essentials oils distributor and has a passion for sharing about and helping others learn to use essential oils. She is also a 200 hours registered Yoga Alliance yoga teacher at Blue Sky Yoga -Ruston, Louisiana. Stephanie lives in Ruston, LA is married to Jake Dugard, and together they have two children. 

Cost: $25 per person will cover supplies, oils, and a little snack.
