D.A.R.T. Candlelight Vigil

D.A.R.T. remembers the victims of domestic violence who have been murdered in our area with an annual Candlelight Vigil at the Event Center at the Lincoln Parish Library, Thursday, October 26, from 6:00 pm until 7 pm. A short program is followed by the reading of names and how they died as candles are lit for each person. A reception follows the program.
