DESCRIPTION:Louisiana Tech Welcome Week\n\nWednesday\, September 8\, 2021\n\n11 a.m. to 1 p.m.\n\nIn The Quad at LA Tech Campus\n\nEstimated students to attend = 500\n\n\n\n(If you cannot attend but would like to be included in 450 goody bags that will be given out to the freshmen\, please have your 450 promo items to the Chamber office by 5pm on September 2nd.)\n\n \n\nA Taste of Ruston will be held on Wednesday during Welcome Week. This event gives Chamber member restaurants and other businesses an opportunity to introduce its products or services (for free) to freshman students. The Chamber has partnered with Student Life to coordinate this event and we hope you'll join us.\n\n \n\nIn lieu of a booth space fee\, participating businesses/organizations must provide a gift with a minimum value of $25 to the Chamber. Students will be given a ticket for a chance to win these prizes. We also encourage businesses to have a drawing of some sort at each booth. 1 6ft. table  will be provided for each vendor. Chairs are not available so please bring chairs for those who will be working your booth. (It is recommended that vendors bring an 8x8 or 10x10 tent.) Vendors will be in the grass along the sidewalks in the quad. You can begin moving in as early as 9 a.m.\, please be setup by 10:45 a.m. No shows will be invoiced a $25 non-compliance fee and will not be invited to participate in the future. You will receive complete instructions the week before the event.
